Tenant Screening and Lease Agreement

We do a thorough credit, reference and background check before the lease is signed. This includes checking history with the credit bureau, verifying employment and checking all appropriate reference including two past landlords. We lease to qualified, responsible tenants and are experienced in judging their worthiness to pay on time and how we hope they will treat the property.


Accounting

We do all the bookkeeping chores for you. Our computer system keeps complete accurate records of every income and expense that affects your property.
